SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping on all US orders $70 and over via USPS. Orders below $70 will be charged a fee for shipping and handling.
We process and ship orders from our New Jersey warehouse Monday through Friday. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email. If you have a ZA account, you can track your order by clicking "Account" and then "My Orders". Once your order is placed, we are unable to upgrade your shipping selection or change your shipping address.
Please note, pre-sale and custom items will ship after their stated production timelines, which can be found on their respective product pages and in your order confirmation email.Â
All orders are charged at the time of purchase, inclusive of pre-sale and custom items.
RETURNS
New, unworn items can be exchanged or returned to Za Boutique for a refund within 60 days of delivery. If you want to return an item, please first reach out to Customer Service Team. Note that personalized jewelry items are made especially for you. Therefore, a 30% restocking fee is deducted from the total refund amount for these pieces.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled by reaching out to our Customer Service Team. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the items to us to exchange them or get a refund. Since we start working on orders immediately, a 30% restocking fee is deducted from the total refund amount for personalized pieces.
Cancellations are processed on the same business day, but refunds may take up to 6 weeks to show up in your account or payment method.
